This workshop harnessing the chaotic balance of being dynamically generous in perception, reception, and offering. This workshop will use clown and physical theatre to create the vulnerability. Discoveries will apply to refining characters, performance, and narratives that are patient.

About the Instructors

Noah Bremer (Producing Artistic Director–Dell’Arte International School of Physical Theatre–Blue Lake, CA): is based in in Las Vegas, Nevada USA and recently performed as the Interactive Performer on the German flagship cruise line, AIDA Cosma. Recent Las Vegas credits include Cirque du Soleil’s Beatles LOVE playing the role of Father McKenzie from the hit song, Eleanor Rigby as well as Speigleworld’s raunchy western, Atomic Saloon Show as Reverend Peabody. He performed internationally as the lead character role of The Skywatcher in Cirque du Soleil’s big-top touring production of Varekai. Noah studied theater at the University of Minnesota, The Dell’Arte School of Physical Theater in California and numerous clowning workshops around the country.

Mark Benzel has been working and based in Minneapolis for more than a decade, creating over dozens of original shows with companies such as Sandbox Theatre, Live Action Set, Red Eye Theater, and Transatlantic Love Affair. In addition to script-based work he also is co-founder of The Improv Movement project. He has studied clown with Pierre Byland, Phillipe Gaulier, and many others. He has also studied physical theatre and devising with Jon Ferguson, Theatre de la Jeune Lune, Pig Iron Theatre and others.
